SWIM
TRAINING at Fremantle Leisure Centre
For
Triathlon, Open Water, Masters and Social.
Minimum
standard required: capable of 20 x 50 on 60 seconds.
WHERE: Fremantle Leisure Centre.
WHEN: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
TIME: 5.45am - 7.30 am.
COST: $65 per month or $120 if paying for two consecutive months.

WHEN: Tuesday
5.45pm.
Coach: Stuart Durham from Eclipse Fitness at a cost of $2.00 per
session for club members and $5.00 for non-club members.
This session is designed to cater for all levels and is a great
way to improve your running and fitness. It is also a wonderful
opportunity to meet fellow club members and triathletes.
WHERE: Tompkins Park, Canning Highway, Alfrred Cove.
BIKE
TRAINING
CYCLING GROUP RIDES
with BIKEFORCE SOUTH PERTH
Saturday
BIKE FORCE South Perth has 5 group rides each Saturday leaving
7am from the carpark at the rear of the building.
Group 2: fastest group, 34 km/hr avg, 64 km loop - 'round the
river with Shelley loop.
Group 3: 31 km/hr avg,
60 km loop, various routes.
Group 3.5: 29 km/hr
average 50 km loop, 'round the river over Canning Bridge.
Group 4: 24 km/hr avg,
35km loop, Mickey's group
Group 5: slow as it
needs to be- 30 km loop - mickey will go as fast as required
