AM Club Ride - moderate to fast 30-40km distance river loop
  5.30am from outside The Left Bank pub
   
THURSDAYS  
PM 85km Freeway (path) ride. fast and furious
  5.30pm from Bike Force Fremantle 9433 6877
 
SATURDAYS Fremantle Tri Club Group Rides – Choice of Rides
AM Beginners (where no one will be dropped) to advanced
